The annual Metcash Supplier of the Year event is a prestigious gathering that recognises the valued suppliers of the independent retail network. This high-profile occasion also serves a philanthropic purpose, supporting charity partners such as the McGrath Foundation, Special Olympics Australia,and the Humpty Dumpty Foundation.  

Held at The Venue Alexandria, this event was a blend of elegance, sophistication, and heartfelt appreciation, enhanced by exceptional culinary experiences and seamless event execution.  The Venue Alexandria was chosen for its industrial charm and modern sophistication, offering an unmatched combination of style and functionality. As a state-of-the-art warehouse conversion, it provided the perfect backdrop for this grand celebration.  With three adaptable areas, the event utilised the venue to create an engaging experience where the foyer was turned around from the welcome cocktails to the after party, while guests were enjoying their exquisite dinner.  

We curated an exquisite menu that was met with rave reviews, offering a gastronomic journey that included, spring lamb backstrap – cooked to perfection, bursting with rich, tender flavors. Seared Canadian scallops – delicate and buttery, elevating the fine dining experience.  Sweet indulgences  – where guests delighted in creamy raspberry Jell-O parfaits and caramel popcorn cheesecake, creating a perfect balance of nostalgia and sophistication.  Accompanied by expertly crafted classic cocktails, the menu added an element of indulgence that complemented the celebratory atmosphere.
