Experiencing Sydney Harbour with Sydney by Sail
To complement a five-day incentive program’s city-wide experience, guests had the opportunity to explore Sydney Harbour from the water through a private sailing experience with Sydney by Sail.

Laissez-Faire Catering designed a relaxed yet premium catering offering tailored specifically for the fleet of charter vessels departing from the Australian National Maritime Museum.

Catering was delivered to multiple boats prior to departure, ensuring each group could enjoy high-quality food and beverages while cruising the harbour.

Each vessel received curated catering boxes featuring premium seafood platters including peeled prawns and Balmain bugs served with classic accompaniments such as lemon, mignonette and mayonnaise. These were complemented by an assortment of finger sandwiches, savoury quiches and chilled beverages including cold-pressed juices and refreshing drinks suitable for the harbour setting.

The catering was carefully designed to suit the logistics of sailing vessels, with packaging and portioning adapted to fit onboard refrigeration and service requirements while maintaining presentation and freshness.

By adapting its culinary offering to suit the unique operational environment of multiple vessels, Laissez-Faire Catering ensured guests experienced the same generous hospitality and attention to detail delivered throughout the incentive program.

The experience offered a relaxed interlude within the broader event itinerary while showcasing one of Sydney’s most iconic natural attractions.
