The Rabobank Farm2Fork Summit brought together over 1,600 global delegates of industry leaders to discuss innovation, sustainability, and leadership in agribusiness. Attendees from Europe, the US, New Zealand and Australia explored new ways of thinking and groundbreaking practices in food and agriculture.

Our team were selected as the exclusive caterers to curate a bespoke menu that showcased the finest sustainable produce from New South Wales. Ingredients included Kangaroo Valley olives, Beechworth honey, and other premium local products, ensuring a menu that was both innovative, environmentally responsible and showcased Australia's best produce. We also collaborated with prefered suppliers to bring farm to table to every bite.

The carefully crafted catering experience not only delighted attendees but also reinforced the Summit’s message of sustainability and excellence in food production. By integrating fresh, locally sourced ingredients, we highlighted the crucial role of responsible food choices in shaping the future of agribusiness.
