The Botanic Gardens of Sydney offer a range of truly elegant venue spaces, with a unique combination of historic worldliness and modern functionality. Located within the Sydney CBD and surrounded by private landscapes, gardens, and courtyards, allowing you to create your own layout and design.
Choose between three breathtaking marquee locations in the gardens. With unobstructed views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House, the Bennelong Lawn and Fleet Steps never fail to impress. Whereas the Rose Garden is a romantic setting surrounded by blooming roses.
The Garden Gallery
This new gallery offers flexible event space with polished concrete floors, high ceilings, and gallery lighting, perfect for exhibitions, launches, runway events, and cocktail parties. The Garden Gallery can be divided into 2 exhibition zones: Exhibition Space 1 (including The Void) and Exhibition Space 2. The entire space offers 88m of wall hanging space within a 230sqm function space.
The space has been designed to be as flexible as possible with moveable POD walls and 3 separate track lighting grids. With ample windows, natural light is readily available, though both shade and black-out blinds can also be utilised. The whole space can be temperature regulated and an FX wall-hanging system can be supplied.
Gadi Seminar Rooms
Located in the Roysl Botanic Gardens Sydney, This meeting and conference space overlooks the breathtaking Succulent Garden, making it perfect for small to medium group gatherings, workshops, and all-day events. The Gadi Seminar Rooms are conveniently located with entrance via the Royal Botanic Gardens reception. The seminar rooms, once housed the National Herbarium of NSW archives, has since been renovated and reopened in April 2024.
Each seminar room features state-of-the-art technology, and the space has flexibility to be used as an individual room, double, or whole space and operates as a "Bring Your Own Meeting" space. Drenched in natural sunlight and boasting views of the luscious Succulent Garden, the Gadi Seminar Rooms are perfect for your next workshop, off-site meeting, conference, or team-building event.
Palm House
The Palm House brings you shabby chic charm in the Royal Botanical Gardens. Surrounded by private landscape gardens and courtyard, this unique heritage venue is New South Wales’ oldest glasshouse and allows you to create your own layout and design for your next monumental function.
Ideal for wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions, cocktail functions, product and media launches, seated lunches or dinners, Christmas, and birthday parties.
Fleet Steps
With unsurpassed views of the Sydney Harbour, the Opera House, the Harbour Bridge, Royal Botanic Garden Sydney and city skyline, the grandeur Fleet Steps event space never fails to impress! Accompanied by the historic Fleet Steps, adding a dramatic entrance for your guests.
