Australian National Maritime Museum’s iconic HMAS Vampire. The menu is created by chef Tom Kime from Fish & Co and author of Fish Tales, and the event is supported by the Australian Marine Conservation Society, producers of Australia’s Sustainable Seafood Guide. Tom Kime is working with
Laissez-Faire Catering to produce an evening that celebrates and showcases Australian sustainable seafood. If you love seafood, and love the ocean, this is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy a wonderful menu of Australian sustainable seafood in a unique Sydney location on the harbour.
