Stunning food that leaves a lasting impression is what Laissez-faire is all about. Our Executive Chef drives fresh produce and delicious flavours, which makes us the must have catering company for every occasion.

Laissez-faire is a Sydney based event catering company, that began operations in 1989, with a mission to offer excellent service, high quality food and beverages. 

Laissez-faire has moved from strength to strength over the last 20 years in operation.  We have gained an outstanding reputation for organising and catering at all types of events, which has concreted our brand at the top of Sydney's event catering industry.

Laissez-faire can deliver high-end, large and boutique scale events because of our supplier and support infrastructure. We only source fresh, local seasonal produce and with this, we create the best innovative menus for your enjoyment. We prepare off-site through two commercial kitchens and deliver our creations, through our mobile service of refrigerated vehicles.

It is because we strive to offer the extraordinary, through creative cuisine, suburb service and attention to detail, that we can guarantee to all client catering superiority for all of our events.

Although Laissez-faire is large enough to enjoy some economies of scale, being family-owned and operated, it’s small enough for the owner to be involved on a day to day basis, ensuring high standards in product and service delivery, including professionalism of the staff.
