This was a spectacular evening celebrating the dedication and achievements of over 900 staff. As a valued client since 2012, McGrath wanted the event to embody the integrity and excellence of their brand. The night featured a dramatic drape drop unveiling a laser light show, an electrifying 20-minute orchestral performance of dance anthems, and immersive visuals displayed on custom-shaped super-wide screens. Every element was designed to deliver an unforgettable experience.

The evening’s black and gold theme was elegantly reflected in the culinary design. The highlight was an interactive black and gold chocolate dessert table, a visually stunning and indulgent experience that delighted guests. The catering team ensured every dish was meticulously crafted, aligning with the event’s sophistication and thematic elegance. From the menu selection to presentation, each detail contributed to an elevated dining experience, reinforcing McGrath’s commitment to quality and excellence.

Produced by AV1 in collaboration with McGrath’s events, marketing, and branding teams, the event’s execution was flawless. With a diamond-themed aesthetic guiding the stage, seating arrangements, and lighting design, the night was both visually striking and seamlessly organised. The live orchestral renditions of electronic anthems, conducted by Funkified Entertainment, added a unique and unforgettable musical element.
