COVID-19 An Update to our Approach

In line with increasing restrictions and regulations around meeting in public places and the closure of a number of our venue partners, namely the Australian National Maritime Museum and the State Library of New South Wales, Laissez-faire Catering has moved operations to working from home where possible.

Our café at St Vincent’s Hospital in Darlinghurst remains open.

The best way to contact us during this time is via phone +61 2 9209 4810 or admin@laissez.com.au

Once it is deemed safe to return to normal operations, and our venues open, we will provide further updates on our website, social media and in direct communication to our clients.

You can subscribe to our communication via the pop up.

We wish all our community, clients, staff and general public a healthy and safe period ahead.
