Laissez-faire catering has unique Cafés located in the heart of upbeat, exciting Sydney CBD. Our primary focus is on serving food that is fresh, seasonally appropriate and consistently amazing. We believe in fresh, healthy and seasonal food, and are conscious of maintaining a sustainable operation. 

We proudly serve our own blend of coffee which is roasted by wonderful local supplier. Our cafés offer a seasonal menu of delicious a la carte savoury selections complemented by an array of mouth-watering desserts.

Laissez-faire has been exceeding the expectation of our clients for over 20 years. We carefully select and train all of our team through an ongoing in house training program which means we are able to maintain less than a 7% turnover of staff.
